Karate contributes to the psychomotor development of the child, and to the management of skills and competences such as Assertiveness, Cooperation, Active Listening, Conflict Resolution. It increases self-confidence, self-esteem and emotional cognitive development. In addition to improving emotional and cognitive aspects, karate works on values such as fellowship, respect, discipline, effort and the spirit of improvement.

• For children between 2 and 10 years of age.
• Maximum of 10 children per group.
• The activity consists of one session per week of 55 minutes, by age group.
